Similar to blending components, creating a Bordeaux mix brings out the best in each one. The process of creating a well-balanced, tasty wine involves blending grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Grapes contribute different flavours, tannins, and aromas to a wine, much as team members bring their own talents to a project. While one powerful team member may sabotage collaboration, an excessive amount of one grape could overshadow the blend, therefore teamwork in blending promotes harmony. In a manner similar to a great team producing an amazing result, cooperating winemakers develop complexity and depth while highlighting the best attributes of each grape.

Teams conduct micro blending, taste their blend and make subtle changes if needed to get the perfect blend.
Whilst the micro blending takes place, teams have to design their labels for their bottles. These designs will be scanned, digitised and printed during the event.
With the percentages supplied we ensure each team receive their bulk wine stock so that they can start bottling their wine for each member of the team.
Each team member will now cork their own bottle of wine and then we will place the sleeve to be shrunk onto the top of the bottle.
The final step is to place your designed label onto your bottle and decide when will be the best time to enjoy your creation.
